I am naturally pragmatic, approaching every work challenge with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset. Whenever I face a problem at work, I instinctively try to solve it myself rather than rely on ready-made solutions. This attitude helped me learn and grow continuously, whether it was building models with integrated lighting, 3D printing and hand-painting prototypes, or even sewing my own bicycle bags from recycled windsurfing sails to meet specific needs instead of buying off the shelf.

During my vocational training, I dedicated much of my free time to teaching myself HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. I developed small websites on my own to practice and improve my skills. Later, alongside my studies, I taught myself Figma from the ground up out of pure interest, which has since become a key tool in my design workflow.

One of the most complex and rewarding personal projects was restoring my Simson Schwalbe motorbike from scratch. The process taught me a lot through hands-on trial and error, reinforcing my ability to learn by doing and persevere. Whenever something breaks or a problem arises, I see it as a chance to learn and develop new skills — even if I have no previous experience in that area.

This pragmatic, proactive approach defines how I tackle challenges at work. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and dive into unfamiliar or complex tasks, but I also know when to collaborate and seek advice. It’s this balance of independence, curiosity, and teamwork that drives me to keep improving and find creative solutions in every project I take on.
